Kazeem holds a Master degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife- Osun State, in addition to Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Polytechnic Ibadan. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is also an Associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (ACIS) and also an authorized dealer on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) floor. He has garnered vast experience from various firms and companies including Ola Adediwura & Co. (Chartered Accountants), P. A Adebimpe & Co. (Chartered Accountants), WEMA Bank Plc, Intercontinental Bank Plc (now Access Bank Plc) and also held management position in the latter before establishing AR & Co. In order to remain on top of the Profession, he has attended many courses, seminars and workshops to enhance his professionalism in audit, accounting, taxation and IT&S from the previous jobs / workplace and through ICAN & ACCA MCPE. He is the Managing Partner of the Firm.
Dr. Atanda Fatai is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State in Accounting. He obtained all his post graduate degrees also from the same University. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is a seasoned academic and researcher in Sustainability Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Small Business development and financing with many research papers published in reputable local and international journals. His teaching areas of interest had been in Cost and Management Accounting, Auditing and Taxation with over 10 years teaching experience. He has taught at Crescent University, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Fountain University, Osogbo and Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State. He also held management positions in these institutions. Dr. Atanda attended many local and international workshops, seminars and conferences to enhance his professionalism in accounting, finance, auditing and taxation. He had also made contributions in the public sector. He was once a Supervisor for Works and Education in a Local Government Area in Oyo State, 2004-2007 and was a Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget, Oyo State in 2013-2015. Dr. Atanda Fatai is presently Quality & Assurance Partner of the Firm.
Wale is a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, where he studied Accounting and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also an associate member of the association of Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE), Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACTI). He also holds Master’s Degree from University of Liverpool. He has vast cognate experience from various firms and companies including Oni Idris & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Strabag Engineering as the Finance Manager, Mustadrak Contracts Ltd as Finance Director and others. He has attended many courses within the country and in House courses at workplaces on management and IT platform .He is a Senior Partner of the Firm.
Deji Ogundiran holds a BSc in Statistics from the University of Ilorin with Second Class Upper grade. He also possesses an MBA. Deji is an Analyst who specializes in Data Collection and Analysis and Quality Control Processes Monitoring. He has worked in various establishments ranging from Research, Production to Banking where he has gathered wide experience useful in the firm. He worked in Access Bank Plc (formerly Intercontinental Bank Plc) for 10 years before joining our firm. By virtue of his numerical and analytical strength and skills, Deji is assigned to manage Firm’s Data Collections, Sampling Procedures & Management, Analysis and Reporting for audit purpose. He is currently a Senior Staff of the firm.
Mr. Omojola is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile, Osun State with B.Sc. in Management and Accounting. Mr. Omojola has varied experiences in the financial control department and operations of various financial institutions in Nigeria and Audit Firms. He worked at Horwarth Dafinone & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and BDO Balogun Badejo & Co. (Chartered Accountants) for several years before moving to banking Industry, Owena Bank and Intercontinental Bank Plc (now Access Bank Plc) where he served and rose to the level of the Regional Control Manager before joining the firm. He has attended many professional courses in Nigeria and he is an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and Certified Information and System Auditor (CISA). By virtue of his wide experience in a financial control management, regulatory authorities’ relationship management; regulatory reporting and filings, Information and Systems Audit, he handles all tax assignments and systems control.
Titilade Iyabode Ekemode was born on April 27th 1975 in Ibadan city of Oyo State. She had her Primary School Education at L.A Town School, Idi Ope, Oyo 1980 – 1985 and her Secondary School Education at Olivet Baptist High School, Oyo 1985 – 1991. She was at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, where she studies for her Ordinary National Diploma in Accountancy 1992-1995 and graduated from the same institution in 1997 with Upper Credit in Accountancy with Higher National Diploma certificate. She became an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in 2000 and obtained her Masters in Business Administration in 2007 from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. She is currently a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She started her working experience at Ideal Flour Mills of Nigeria Kaduna during her Youth Service Corps. She later joined the service of Global Bank Plc as a Teller and also, served as Funds Transfer Officer, Internal Control Officer, Inspection Officer, Customer Service Officer and Head of Operations. She left the employment of Global Bank Plc in 2005 when the bank merged with Intercontinental Bank Plc. She rose to the post of a Branch Manager while in the service of Intercontinental Bank Plc and she held this post successfully even after Intercontinental Bank Plc merged with Access Bank Plc. While in Access Bank Plc she was able to manage a branch under the commercial banking division of the bank successfully. Mrs. Titilade Iyabode Ekemode until her appointment at Akinkunmi Rasaq & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in January 2015, was a seasoned banker with over 13 years banking experience in cash management, banking operations, internal control, customer relationship, audit, marketing and credit with one of the leading commercial banks in Nigeria. Some of her notable achievements in the banking industry are her ability to control incidence of fraud and ability to nurture a branch from inception to profitability within a short period of time. Titilade is married with children and she loves reading, gardening and travelling and she is a Senior member of the Firm.
